How about other terrorist incidents..always hands are pointed at various group ( Mostly PAK ) but none convicted.
How about murder/kidnapping of innocent civilians.!
System has to be revamped !

Uusually I hate blaming the system, but in this case, fully agree with Narayanan Venkitu.
Unless the Government and Courts take immediate and strict action against these criminals, nothing is gonna happen.
Even if they catch the terrorists, they will be in jail for years, and the procedure will take even more years, and some human rights people and these bloody politicians will go support them, and it will go on.
do not want to compare but can't resist ! I think France, they took immediate action, same with Australia. And In India, oh well..
